Any excuse to eat mounds of food and nap all day is A.O.K. in our book.  Perhaps that’s why we love this holiday so much?  Of course, there is also the fact that this is the day to reflect on all we’re thankful for…and this year there is mounds of that too!  A beautiful, healthy, and growing family.  Indeed, we are very lucky.
