I haven’t felt comfortable in a swimsuit since high school. Actually, I only remember owning two suits in my whole lifetime that I really liked, suits that I felt I looked good in. After having babies, I haven’t even bothered to buy swimsuits. I’m always at the point where I want to lose 10 or more pounds, so nothing ever fits like I want it to. The suits that look so cute on the hanger are just embarrassing on my body. For the most part, I have either avoided swimming, or worn a t-shirt and shorts to splash around with the kids in our backyard pool. For me, the word swimsuit has taken on a humiliating connotation, but recently I discovered a product that has me rethinking my hate/hate relationship with swimwear. I am now the proud owner of a Miraclesuit®, and I have finally found a swimsuit that makes me feel sexy and slender, and not a bit embarrassed.

One day while surfing the ‘Net, I came across the Miraclesuit® website, and I was drawn to it like a moth to a flame. In big, bold letters the site claimed that Miraclesuit® swimwear can make you "look 10 Pounds lighter in 10 Seconds." What woman wouldn’t be interested in that? I couldn’t wait for my Miraclesuit® to arrive in the mail, and when it did, I wasn’t disappointed!

I pulled on my new Miraclesuit® and was stunned. My stomach hadn’t looked that flat since high school! The most amazing part of wearing a Miraclesuit® is that it’s pretty darn comfortable. A revolutionary fabric called Miratex® is responsible for the slimming effect the suit has. It contains three times as much Lycra as a typical swimsuit, but when I wore it, I didn’t feel constricted in the least. You’d think that since the fabric pulls my tummy in so much, I would be extremely uncomfortable, but that wasn’t the case. I was actually more comfortable than I would have been in an ordinary suit, because I felt slim and sexy.

The only drawbacks I found in my Miraclesuit® were small, personal issues. First of all, the style of suit I got has a seam that runs across my stomach on the inside of the suit. I’m especially sensitive to this kind of thing, and it made my stomach itch for a while. After about 10 minutes, I reached in there and flipped the seam over, which immediately solved the problem. The only other issues I had were that I have never personally worn a suit that shows quite so much cleavage or back. At first, I felt uncomfortable, but I studied myself in the mirror and realized that I was being silly. The suit isn’t at all skimpy, but sexy and it gives my body the womanly curves I’ve been missing since I had my kids. Once I had the right mindset, I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable in my Miraclesuit®. Now, when I slip the suit on, I feel a sense of pleasant anticipation, waiting to see that magic change the suit causes in my abdominal area.

My biggest piece of advice is to try to find a store near you that sells Miraclesuits®, if possible. That way, you can try on several sizes and styles, to see first-hand which looks best on you. Miraclesuits® come in a wide array of colors and styles, so you’ll probably find several you really like. The hard part will be choosing only one suit. Maybe you can buy one to match each purse you own?

If you order by Internet, make sure to have someone measure your body, and then look at the website’s sizing charts before ordering a Miraclesuit®. These swimsuits tend to run a bit smaller than regular suits, so I ordered a size larger than I typically would, and my suit fits great.
