Peek of the Week: Celebrity Stroller Auction
After a recent episode of The Office, anyone who wasn’t already familiar with the hottest stroller on the market, now understands why the Orbit Baby stroller system is winning the hearts of celebrities and hip moms everywhere (thanks for the hilarious introduction Dwight!)
But Orbit Baby is proving they are more than just the “must-have” stroller company. Capitalizing on their tremendous popularity with celebs, Orbit Baby is auctioning off 10 of their complete Infant Systems, signed by celebrities, with 100% of the auction’s proceeds benefiting Save the Children.
All of the celebrities participating in the auction are huge fans of Orbit – most of them currently using Orbit Baby strollers for their own little ones.
Celebrities include Heidi Klum, Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott, Poppy Montgomery, Giada De Laurentiis, Marcia Cross, and Jaime Pressly. More celebrities will be added to the list in anticipation of the auction which is set to launch on December 22nd.

Orbit Baby founders Joseph Hei and Bryan White, both with young children, support nonprofits and charities working to improve children’s health. Recently, Orbit Baby has also been involved in events benefiting the March of Dimes, Healthy Child Healthy World, and the Children’s Diabetes Foundation.
The story of Save the Children is one of positive change and people – millions of people in thousands of communities around the globe – working together to create opportunities for the world’s children to live safe, healthy and fulfilling lives. In January 1932 in a small room in New York City, a group of concerned citizens gathered to respond to the needs of the proud people of Appalachia hard hit by the Great Depression.
The inspiration and vision for Save the Children came in part from the international children’s rights movement begun in England in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb, founder of the British Save the Children Fund. From this early effort in the hills and hollows of Harlan County, Kentucky grew a self-help philosophy and practice still at work today in more than 45 countries – providing communities with a hand up, not a handout.
Orbit Baby, Inc. was launched in 2004 with the introduction of the Orbit Infant Baby System – an integrated car seat and stroller system for infants. The product offering has grown to include a Toddler Stroller Seat, Bassinet, Green Edition Bassinet, and Toddler Car Seat. The product group is offered in boutiques, and baby gear stores throughout the United States. Orbit Baby is headquartered in Newark, California and is led by CEO Joseph Hei, and COO Bryan White.
